📌 Responsibilities:◾️ Providing support for Internet resource users;
◾️ Processing requests via online chat and email in a timely and accurate manner;
◾️ Checking data and providing information to clients;
◾️ Completing reports.
Požadujeme
We are looking for you if:✅ you have strong communication skills;
✅ you have experience communicating with the clients;
✅ you are ready to work night shifts;
✅ you speak English confidently (speaking Russian will be an additional advantage);
✅ you are attentive, stress-resistant, and punctual;
✅ you can express your thoughts clearly and logically;
✅ you can analyze and make decisions independently;
✅ you know how to work in a team and achieve results.
